To begin, click “Sign up” at the top of the site and enter your email address and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email right away: open it and click the link to activate your space.

On first access, choose your country. This sets the library of official documents you see: each country has its own forms and administration. You can switch country anytime from the country selector.

Your space is ready to use immediately: search for a document, open it, and the editor handles the rest. No installation needed — everything happens in your browser.

Use the search bar: type the document name, its number, or what you want to do (for example “change of address” or “certificate”). Results are specific to your country.

You can also browse by category in the library: housing, work, legal, family, and more. Each category groups the most requested official forms.

If you can't find a document, check you're on the right country. The same form may have a different name from one country to another.

It's simple: you find an official document, fill it in online with a guided editor, then download it ready to use — or send it directly by mail.

You don't need any office software. The fields to fill are marked, and the final output follows the official layout of the form.

Everything is kept in your space: you can resume a document later, duplicate it, or re-edit it.

Open the document from your space: the editor shows the form with the fields to complete. Click a field and type your text; the preview updates in real time.

Required fields are flagged. While a required field is empty, a visual cue points it out so you don't forget important information.

You can move between pages on multi-sheet documents. Your entries are saved automatically as you go.

All your in-progress and finished documents stay available in your space. Open the one you want to fix: you'll find your entries exactly where you left them.

Edit the relevant fields, then re-download the corrected version. The old version isn't overwritten until you regenerate the file.

To start from a clean base without losing the original, duplicate the document before editing it.

In the editor, go to the document's signature area. You can draw your signature, upload it as an image, or type your name depending on the document type.

The signature is embedded in the final file when it's generated. It appears in the spot defined by the official form.

For documents needing stronger legal weight, prefer registered mail, which provides proof of dispatch and receipt.

The generated document keeps the official layout: margins, field positions and page numbers match the original form. You have nothing to adjust.

The final file is produced as a PDF, readable and printable anywhere, without depending on any particular software.

If text is too long for a field, the editor flags it so the output stays clean.

Once your document is ready, choose the send-by-mail option. Enter the recipient's address: your document is printed, enveloped and posted for you.

No printer, envelope or trip needed. The postage price is shown before you confirm.

You get a send confirmation, and depending on the option, tracking of the delivery.

For a letter with legal value (cancellation, formal notice, claim), choose registered mail. You get a timestamped proof of dispatch.

Depending on the option, an acknowledgement of receipt confirms the recipient received the letter. This proof is stored and downloadable from your space.

Registered mail is advised whenever a dispatch date or an enforceable receipt may be required of you.

From your space, open the relevant shipment: its status shows where the delivery stands (posted, in transit, delivered).

Receipts — proof of dispatch, acknowledgement of receipt — are downloadable as PDF as soon as they're available.

Keep these proofs: they serve as evidence in case of a dispute over the date or receipt of the letter.

Go to the “Subscription” section of your space. There you see your current plan, its renewal date and what it includes.

You can move up or down a plan at any time; the change takes effect according to the conditions shown at confirmation.

Any change is summarized before you confirm — no hidden commitment.

In the “Subscription” section, click “Cancel”. The cancellation is recorded immediately and takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then.

No justification or phone call is required. You receive an email confirming the cancellation.

Documents you've already generated stay downloadable while your access is active. Be sure to retrieve them before it ends.

In your account settings, you can change your email address. A confirmation link is sent to the new address to validate it.

For the password, choose “Change password” and enter the current one then the new one. If you've forgotten it, use “Forgot password” on the login screen.

For your security, we notify you by email at every credential change.

Account deletion is done from the settings, under “Privacy” or “My account”. This action is permanent.

Before deleting, download the documents you want to keep: they won't be accessible afterwards.

Your personal data is erased in line with our privacy policy and the GDPR.

Card payment (Visa, Mastercard) is accepted in all covered countries. Other local methods may be offered depending on your region.

Payment is secure and encrypted; we never store your full card number.

The amount and currency are shown clearly before any confirmation.

All your invoices are available in the “Billing” section of your space. Each payment generates an invoice downloadable as PDF.

You can enter or edit your billing details (name, address, VAT number for businesses) before a payment.

Invoices remain accessible even after you change your plan.

In “Billing”, select “Payment method” and add your new card. The old one is replaced for upcoming charges.

If a payment failed (expired card, limit reached), update the card then retry the payment from the same section.

No service interruption as long as payment is settled within the indicated time.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support with the payment date and the document concerned. We review every request.

Refund conditions depend on your plan and the type of service used; they're detailed in our subscription terms.

An approved refund is credited to the original payment method.

Once the document is complete, click “Download”. The file is generated as a PDF and saved to your device.

The PDF is ready to print or share by email. Its layout matches the official form.

You can re-download the document as many times as needed from your space.

First check your browser hasn't blocked the download: a notification sometimes appears at the top or bottom of the window. Allow the download and try again.

If the file won't open, make sure you have a PDF reader (most browsers include one). Also try a different browser.

If the problem persists, clear the browser cache or retry from your space. As a last resort, contact support with the document name.

Open the downloaded PDF and start printing. Choose A4 and the “actual size” or “100%” option (not “fit to page”) to respect the official dimensions.

Print single- or double-sided depending on what the receiving administration requires.

If you don't have a printer, use mail sending instead: your document is printed and posted for you.

Your data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS) and stored on secure servers. Payment information is handled by certified providers; we don't keep your full card number.

Only you access your documents through your account. We apply data minimization: we only collect what's needed for the service.

To strengthen your account security, choose a unique password and don't share it.

Under the GDPR, you can request access to your data, its correction, export or deletion. Most of these actions are available directly in your account settings.

To export your data, use the dedicated option in the “Privacy” section or contact support: you receive a file with the data concerning you.

Account deletion erases your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations (for example invoices).

If you suspect unauthorized access, immediately change your password from the login screen (“Forgot password” if needed).

Check your contact email and billing details in the settings; fix anything you didn't change yourself.

Contact support without delay: we can help you secure the account and review recent activity.

Use the country selector (top of the site). When you change country, you access the library of official documents specific to that country and its administration.

The content, forms and default language adapt to the selected country.

Your account stays the same: you can manage documents from several countries in one space.

The interface and guides are available in the main language of each covered country. The language adjusts automatically based on the country you select.

Official documents themselves are provided in the language the administration requires — which may differ from the interface language.

If a language is missing, let support know: we regularly extend coverage.

First check the spelling and try a more general term in the search: the same document sometimes has another name.

Make sure you're on the right country via the selector: a form may exist in a neighboring country but not yours.
