These terms and conditions govern the use of the clicdoc service and access to the administrative documents offered. By using the service, the user accepts these terms without reservation.
The service is published by clicdoc — demonstration service [company details to be completed]. clicdoc is not affiliated with any administration.
Purpose
The service provides access to official administrative documents and related explanatory content. The documents come from public official sources and remain the property of the issuing administrations.
Pricing
Applicable prices are those shown on the pricing page at the time of the order. Prices are stated inclusive of all taxes, in the displayed currency. clicdoc reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the prices applicable are those in force at the date of the order.
Order and payment
The order is confirmed once these terms are accepted and payment is received. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, via a secure payment provider. No complete payment-card data is stored by clicdoc.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the user's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. By accessing the document immediately, the user acknowledges waiving the right of withdrawal.
Access to the document
Access to the document is provided online, immediately after payment is confirmed, by download or consultation. It is the user's responsibility to have the technical means required (connection, file reader) to access the document.
Liability
Explanatory content is provided for information only. For any official procedure, the user must refer to the relevant body. clicdoc cannot be held liable for the use made of the documents nor for any change to official templates occurring after access.
Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our cookie management page and our legal notice. Data is processed in compliance with applicable regulations.
Intellectual property
Official documents remain the property of their issuing administrations. Elements specific to the service (interface, explanatory content, brand) are protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.
Governing law and disputes
